The Ville to Ville Sprint Relay in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, is a 21-mile (33.8 km) relay starting at 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2027. The Ville to Ville Craft Brew relay is an endurance event in which teams of three to six runners cover a series of 12 legs through scenic country between Asheville, North Carolina, and Greenville, South Carolina.

Runners take in the Appalachians and pass local craft breweries along the way. The event ends with a celebration featuring music, food and craft beer.
