The YMCA Harrisburg Half & 10K Presented by UPMC takes place on City Island and through Riverfront Park in downtown Harrisburg on September 12, 2027. The program features a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 8 a.m., a 10K (6.2 miles) at 8:30 a.m. and a half marathon for walkers at 7:15 a.m.

With minimal elevation change, the course suits runners of all levels, from beginners to those chasing a personal record. Over its 20 years, the event has grown considerably and is now a very popular race in central Pennsylvania.
