About

The Ultra-Trail Snowdonia Eryri by UTMB® takes place in Caernarfon, in Snowdonia National Park, Wales, from 14 to 16 May 2027. The routes cross the mountains, lakes and forests of North Wales, with four distances that are part of the UTMB® World Series circuit:

  • UTS 100M (168 km, 9,500 m of ascent): 14 May
  • UTS 100K (103 km, 6,400 m of ascent): 15 May
  • UTS 50K (55 km, 3,300 m of ascent): 15 May
  • ERYRI 25K (25 km, 1,300 m of ascent): 16 May

Caernarfon is home to a medieval castle listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The surrounding area also offers the climb up Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales, the city of Bangor thirty minutes away, and the chance of a cruise on Llyn Padarn.
