The annual Tromptown Half Marathon & 5K is organized by Willow Running in DeRuyter, Madison County, New York, with the half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 7:30 a.m. and the 5K at 8:00 a.m. on August 7, 2027.

Open to runners of all levels, the event supports the DeRuyter Fire Department and local organizations. After the race, participants can enjoy a pancake breakfast and the DeRuyter firemen's field days.
