The Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk is a Halloween-themed race in Sanford, in Midland County, Michigan. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes as they make their way along a scenic cross-country trail, mixing a festive atmosphere with a genuine test of pace over the 5K distance.
The event supports the Meridian music department and hands out awards for both best costumes and fastest times. Every finisher receives a glow-in-the-dark medal and a swag bag, and chip timing is used to track results accurately for runners and walkers alike.
