The Třeboňský Maraton, nicknamed the "Nature Marathon", takes place in Třeboň, South Bohemia, Czech Republic, on 2 October 2027, with four distances: the full marathon (42.195 km), the half marathon (21.0975 km), a 10 km and a 5 km. Starts are staggered: 10:45 for the marathon, 11:15 for the half marathon, 11:30 for the 10 km and 11:40 for the 5 km.

The fast, flat course starts and finishes on the historic Masarykovo náměstí square. Runners pass through the Třeboňsko protected area on smooth asphalt cycle paths, pond embankments and forest trails, making the race suitable both for chasing a personal best and for discovering different terrain. The unspoilt natural setting of the Třeboň pond region, combined with a route free of technical difficulty, is one of the main attractions of this Czech autumn race.
