The Tiger Trail William F Boynton 5K in Pompano Beach is a 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk starting at 7 a.m. on February 13, 2027, honoring a local educator and coach from Blanche Ely High School. It runs on a certified out-and-back course with professional timing.

Proceeds support youth participation in track and field and team sports in the community. Groups can compete for a special award, and the event includes food, drinks, raffle prizes and T-shirts for the first 200 participants.
