The Ultimate SUCK takes place at the Decker farm in Cuba, Illinois, on September 3, 2027, with 10-mile (16.1 km), 25-mile (40.2 km) and 50-mile (80.5 km) options, all starting at 7 p.m.

The event blends grueling farm chores, elements of military boot camp, trail running and athletic strength work. The challenges are only revealed during the event, and participants must stay awake throughout while carrying mandatory gear (backpack, hydration bladder, sandbags, safety equipment).

Support crews and pacers are allowed only on the final part of the course, under strict conditions, and no refunds are offered. The event wraps up with a bonfire and a group breakfast.
