The Trail Run at Eagle Mountain Park

This annual race at Eagle Mountain Park offers a distinctive experience near Fort Worth, with natural elevation changes and sweeping views. Runners can choose to run or walk the roughly 2-mile course, self-timing along the way. The event features live music, pancakes, coffee, and a chance to try on HOKA trail shoes. There are awards for top finishers and a separate youth hike organized by the Girl Scouts. Proceeds go toward preserving the Trinity River and its trails. Registration is limited, with transfers available if needed, in support of the event's nonprofit mission.
