The Running Hawaiian 5k Run/Walk is a 5K (3.1 miles) in Ocean Drive Beach on May 15, 2027, starting at 8:30 a.m. Sponsored by the Keahi Mendoza Foundation, it is a memorial race honoring Aidan Keahi Mendoza, former captain of the Socastee High School cross-country and track teams, who died in 2016.
The event celebrates his passion for running and track and supports a scholarship in his name.
