The Pink Ribbon Run - North Myrtle Beach takes place in North Myrtle Beach on September 25, 2027 to raise awareness of breast cancer and support the fight against it. The program includes a 10K run/walk (6.2 miles) at 7:00 a.m., a 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) at 8:30 a.m. and the Memorial Mile (1.6 km) at 9:30 a.m.

Special areas along the way include Survivor Street, which honors survivors and everyone affected by breast cancer. The event is produced by Coastal Race Productions, and the courses are certified for a professional race experience.
