About

The Ride for Mental Health is an endurance cycling event held on June 26, 2027, on the scenic country roads around New Paltz, New York. Supported routes come in several options to suit every level, from easy rides to tough loops with climbs and varied terrain: 100 miles (160.9 km), 50 miles (80.5 km), 25 miles (40.2 km) and 14 miles (22.5 km). The lineup also includes the Raile Trail Family, a 14-mile (22.5 km) trail option.

Participants can ride over several days, and a range of lodging options is available. The event supports McLean Hospital, raising funds for mental illness education, research and treatment. A virtual option lets people take part and fundraise remotely.
