About

The Hoot Half Marathon and 10K Trail Race take place in Alum Creek State Park, near Lewis Center in Delaware County, Ohio. Two early-morning start times send runners out onto challenging natural trails, with options of 6.2 miles or 13.1 miles depending on which distance you sign up for. The demanding trail terrain makes for a challenging morning outing, and every participant walks away with a T-shirt and a finisher medal to mark the day, plus the satisfaction of an early finish while the park is still quiet.
