The Muddy Duck is a trail race on the Rocks and Roots Trail in Alum Creek State Park near Lewis Center, Ohio, on April 3, 2027, with distances of 50K (31 miles), 20K (12.4 miles), 10K (6.2 miles) and 6K (3.7 miles). The 50K, 20K and 10K start at 8:00 a.m., and the 6K at 8:05 a.m.

Designed by runners for runners, the event offers a running experience that changes with the seasons, with a different challenge every time. Come prepared for muddy conditions. The start is at a designated location near Lewis Center. Participants receive a T-shirt and a medal and can pick up their bib before or on race day. The course layout may vary, and a cutoff applies to the longer races.
