About

The Accessible 5K at Nazareth University in Rochester is an inclusive event for families and people with disabilities, as well as walkers, runners and competitive athletes, on October 3, 2027. The 5K (3.1 miles) starts at 11:00 a.m., after the Toddler 100M at 10:00 a.m., the Kids 400M at 10:10 a.m. and The Family 1 Mile at 10:20 a.m.

The course is fully accessible, and the program includes a fun toddler circuit, a kids' adventure course and a family mile. Every activity is designed to be welcoming and inclusive, so participants can move however they like.
