MJ's Stampede offers a certified 10K (6.2 miles) and 5K (3.1 miles), plus a timed 5K walk, on the Greg Smith River Trail in Fort Smith, Arkansas. All three start at 8:00 a.m. on September 18, 2027.

The event supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) in advancing blood cancer research and patient support. Participants compete for overall prizes and age-group awards in both the 5K and the 10K. Funds raised go toward LLS programs that provide financial and educational assistance to patients and caregivers, reflecting the ongoing impact of LLS in Arkansas and its commitment to progress against blood cancers.
