About

The SuperHeroes Run takes place in Seattle, Washington, in early June, as a run or walk open to all ages and abilities, with both in-person and virtual options. Distances include a half marathon (13.1 miles), a 10K, a 5K and a family 1-mile fun run, all listed with a 7:30 a.m. start.

Participants receive a race shirt, a finisher medal, a towel or gift, a digital training pack and an invitation to join local running clubs. Timing is optional and can be done on your own or with help from the coordinators. Gifts are mailed directly to participants and bibs are handed out on race day.
