About

The Sunset Runway 5k is a 5K held on the tarmac of Greater Binghamton Airport, in the town of Maine, on September 9, 2027. Runners take on the unique challenge of racing on a real runway, with the 5K and the Runway Walk (1.5 miles / 2.4 km) starting at 6:30 p.m., after a half-mile (0.8 km) Kids Run at 6:00 p.m.
