The Step It Up for A Step Ahead 5K is a 5K (3.1 miles) fun run held on April 25, 2027, in Elizabethton, Tennessee, starting from Lion's Field and following the scenic Tweetsie Trail, with a family concert afterward.

Check-in opens at 3:30 p.m. and the race starts at 4 p.m. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome, including kids and families with strollers, and pets are allowed too. Every participant receives a ticket to the post-race concert.
