Springfield Legacy Run is a one-hour endurance event in Springfield on Shana's Trail in Willamalane Park, held on September 25, 2027, with a 1-hour walk at 9:00 a.m. and a 1-hour run at 10:15 a.m. The run/walk raises money for the Springfield High School track and field and cross-country programs, in a spirit of generosity and solidarity.

Participants choose between a non-competitive walk and a run-only option. Timing is available to record the number of laps each participant completes. The event aims for a friendly atmosphere, with pancakes and treats.
