The South Texas Ultra is a trail race held at the H.W. Lewis Ranch in the Texas Hill Country. Runners can choose from distances of roughly 3.1, 10.6, 21.7, or 31 miles, tackling scenic and demanding terrain of rock, mud, and grass, with plenty of elevation change to make for a memorable day on the trail. The event highlights the natural beauty and warm hospitality of the region, with both the start and finish set right at the ranch, giving the whole race a laid-back, close-knit feel.
