The Short Run Long Day 5k takes place in Frankfort on June 16, 2027, with a 5K (3.1-mile) run/walk starting at 7:00 p.m. The USA Track & Field-certified course runs along the Old Plank Trail and through Frankfort's historic district.
Awards go to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top runners in each age group. Participants can enjoy healthy refreshments, water and a post-race party with awards and music. Race T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register in advance.
