The Semi-marathon de Trenčín (Trenčiansky polmaratón) is a half marathon through the streets of the Slovak city of Trenčín on 5 September 2027, over the official distance of 21.097 km. Alongside the individual race, the programme includes the MITICKÁ štafeta relay over the same distance.

Known as a fast course, it is designed for personal bests and attracts runners chasing a performance. The race passes through the centre of Trenčín, dominated by its medieval castle overlooking the Váh valley.
