Running Up for Air | Mt Sentinel (RUFA) is a winter endurance event near Missoula on February 6, 2027, where participants run or hike repeated climbs of Mount Sentinel over 3, 6 or 12 hours. The 12 hr and 6 hr events start at 6:00 a.m., and the 3 hr at 9:00 a.m.

The event aims to raise awareness and funds to tackle air quality and climate issues affecting the local community. Sentinel is part of the Up For Air series, which supports similar events and nonprofit initiatives working to improve air quality, with an emphasis on community action and engagement around environmental challenges.
