The Run Your Bundts Off 5k Fun Run & Walk takes place in beautiful Lincoln Park in Springfield, Sangamon County, on August 7, 2027, with a 5K (3.1 miles) run and a 2-mile (3.2 km) walk, both starting at 8 a.m. The route follows the park's scenic paths for a perfect mix of fitness and fun.

Runners and walkers can look forward to a Bundtini treat at the finish line, free race photos, a custom medal and a stylish race T-shirt to remember the day. The timed 5K features awards for the top three overall men and women, plus age group prizes. The event also supports Girls on the Run of Central Illinois and True North Running, which help empower young athletes and strengthen the local running community.
