Run Big Kern is a charity run in Kernville, California, organized by the Kern River Conservancy. It offers two distances, a 6K (about 3.7 miles) and an 11K (about 6.8 miles), open to runners of all levels, with bib pickup at the Fithaus Health Club in Kernville.

Proceeds support the Conservancy's work on the Kern River: trash cleanups, habitat restoration and public education.
