The Springville Apple Run takes place in Springville, California, on October 17, 2026, as part of the Springville Apple Festival. The program includes a 10K (6.2 miles) trail run at 7 a.m., a 5K (3.1 miles) run at 7:30 a.m., and a half-mile kids run and a 2-mile walk, both at 8 a.m.
