The Ruck & Rosé 5K takes place in Westminster on May 8, 2027, inviting participants to a 5K (3.1-mile) rucking event, walking or hiking with a weighted backpack, to promote fitness at every level. Individual and team registrations are available, and participants must meet specific backpack weight requirements.
Every registration includes a finisher medal, a T-shirt and access to the post-race festivities. Awards will be presented for overall performance and for team spirit. Held on Mother's Day weekend, the event aims to bring friends and families together to celebrate strength and community.
