The RRCA Women's Distance Festival 5K and Kids Run in Binghamton is a women-only road race on a USATF-certified 5K (3.1-mile) course, with a free kids' run for ages 10 and under. It takes place on August 20, 2027, at 6 p.m.

The scenic, partly shaded course runs on paved paths. Awards are presented overall and for masters, by age group, and also to the fastest first-timers, middle-of-the-pack runners and top teams.
