The River Valley H2GoRun! is an annual 2-mile (3.2 km) run or walk in Russellville, held on June 26, 2027, starting at 8:00 a.m. The scenic course is suitable for every fitness level.

Participants cool off with water sprays along the course and can compete for prizes in several categories. Each participant receives a T-shirt and a goodie bag. The event also supports Alzheimer's Arkansas, which fosters a supportive community for family caregivers.
