About

The Red, White, & Blue 5 K Run + Fun Run takes place at Irvine Valley College in Westpark on July 4, 2027, presented by AutoNation Toyota of Irvine. The program includes a 1-mile race (1.6 km) at 8:05 a.m., a 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) at 8:30 a.m. and a combined 5K & 1 Mile option.

The 5K is run on a flat course entirely on the college campus. Participants receive custom T-shirts and medals, and races are chip-timed, with age-group awards. With its patriotic theme, the event features concerts, a professional singer performing the national anthem and food options such as pancakes, tamales and tacos, all in a family-friendly atmosphere.
