Precious Life's Run for Life 5k/2mi Race is an annual event organized by Precious Life, Inc. in Altoona, starting at the Altoona Curve stadium on June 26, 2027. It includes a 5K (3.1 miles) run at 9:00 a.m., plus a 2-mile (3.2 km) run and a 2-mile walk at 9:15 a.m.

Participants who register in advance receive a race T-shirt. Awards go to top finishers in several categories across all events. Proceeds benefit facilities in Altoona, Johnstown and Bedford.
