The Plaid Nation 5K on Hilton Head Island is a 5K (3.1-mile) race organized by Palmetto Running Company that serves as the official kickoff of RBC Heritage week. It takes place on April 10, 2027, at 9 a.m., starting at Lowcountry Celebration Park and wrapping up with an after-party.
Awards go to overall and age-group winners. The event is committed to sustainability, and proceeds benefit the Heritage Classic Foundation, which supports a range of charitable initiatives in South Carolina.
