The Peak to Brew Relay, also known as the PEAK 2 BREW (P2B) ADK Relay, is a supported long-distance team running relay in Johnsburg, in New York's Adirondacks, on August 6–7, 2027. Teams of 4 to 8 runners follow a route that starts on a summit, crosses the Adirondacks and descends into the Mohawk Valley, finishing at a brewery.

Two relay options are available: the BARK EATER RELAY, 133 miles (214 km) over two days with an overnight camp, starting at 10 a.m. on August 6, and the SPRINT RELAY, 66 miles (106.2 km) in a single day, starting at 6 a.m. on August 7.
