Paige's Butterfly Run 5K is a well-known race held every year in downtown Syracuse, New York, alongside the Taste of Syracuse. On June 5, 2027, the certified 5K (3.1 miles) starts at 9:00 a.m., followed by a 3K (1.9 miles) fun fitness run/walk at 10:15 a.m.

The event also features a team division and a special race for young children. It supports pediatric cancer research and patient programs at Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, with funds going to the Dr. William J. Waters Center for Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders, which helps children and families affected by pediatric cancer in Central New York.
