Owl's Roost Rumble Trail

The Owl's Roost Rumble Trail takes place in Greensboro, North Carolina, in late April, in the Greensboro watershed, with routes south of Lake Brandt because of construction. The terrain ranges from the challenging Owls Roost trail to the more accessible Palmetto and Nat Greene trails. The well-marked course suits beginners and experienced runners, and the event is part of the Trivium Trail Mega Medal series. Entries are capped at 500, so early registration is advised. The half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 8:30 AM and the 4-mile run or walk at 8:45 AM, with ruck divisions in both distances starting at 7:30 and 8:45 AM.
