About

The Noland Trail 50K & Relay gives runners a unique chance to take on the Noland Trail in Mariners' Museum Park in Newport News, Virginia. Participants can run the 50K solo or share it as part of a relay team of two to six members, with a shared rest area nicknamed "Tortuga" available between laps.

The event coincides with the Mariners' Museum Fall Festival, which features live music and craft beverage tastings. Starts are staggered, with slower runners heading out first to avoid congestion on the trail; start times are set based on each runner's reported pace and announced closer to race day.
