Night Train Ultra Marathon is held on June 12, 2027, in Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia. Three distances are offered: a 50K (31.1 mi), the half marathon (13.1 mi) and a 5K (3.1 mi), run at night through dense woodland and public parkland.
Night running changes the mechanics of the sport: your stride shortens, your pace drops by a minute a mile or more, and you navigate by a circle of light two metres across.
