The Good Medicine 5K & Fun Walk in Powhatan, Virginia, is a community event organized by the Free Clinic of Powhatan to promote wellness and support the only free clinic offering comprehensive services in the area. On September 25, 2027, the 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) starts at 8:30 a.m. and the one-mile fun walk at 8:45 a.m.

Both options suit all ages and fitness levels, and strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. After the race, participants can enjoy the Fresh Start Fair, with cooking demonstrations, wellness resources, healthy tastings, kids' activities, giveaways and tours of the clinic.
