The Népal Bhoutan Trail Adventure runs from 7 to 21 November 2027. This stage trail race has 8 timed stages covering about 153 km and 6,600 m of climbing, with an individual ranking. An untimed hiking option is also available.

It starts in Dhampus, near Pokhara. The four Nepalese stages cross the Annapurnas via Australian Camp, Ghandruk and Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3,200 m). The four Bhutanese stages pass through Punakha and Phobjikha, then end with the climb to Taktsang Monastery, the Tiger's Nest.
