The Fishtail 100 - Ultra is an endurance trail race based in Pokhara, in Nepal's Annapurna region, named after Machapuchare (Fishtail) peak, with a 100 km and a 50 km race on 16 May 2027. Designed for experienced ultrarunners, it crosses rugged mountain terrain, high-altitude trails and remote villages.

The 100 km (98.9 km, with 7,603 metres of elevation gain) starts at 5.30am and the 50 km (5,191 metres of elevation gain) at 5.40am. Runners face steep climbs, technical descents and changeable weather, with views of snow-capped peaks, forests and rivers. The course presents major physical challenges and puts runners' endurance to the test.
