The Monaca Community Development Corporation Downtown Dash 5k Run/Walk is a 5K (3.1 miles) at George Washington Plaza in Monaca that kicks off the Monaca Community Day festivities. The race starts at 8:30 a.m. on June 26, 2027.

As in previous years, the course is an out-and-back. Awards go to the top overall finishers and across age groups. Proceeds benefit the Monaca Community Development Corporation, which supports local business improvements and community arts initiatives.
