The Rabid Raccoon 100 takes place in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, over a weekend in late May, at Brady's Run Park. The headline event is a 100-mile trail run starting at 4:00 a.m., with a 100-mile relay, a 100K (62.8 miles), a 32-mile Four Play, a 29-mile Trashy Triple, a marathon-distance Trash Panda Double, a midnight half marathon, a daytime half marathon and a 5K. An obstacle course race of about 3 miles closes the weekend.

Runners follow winding single-track trails and scenic gravel roads over hills and streams and around Brady's Run Lake. The event welcomes experienced trail runners and newcomers, and wildlife encounters are part of the setting. Nighttime start times mean a headlamp and a plan for darkness matter.
