Miles for Migraine Illinois is an annual walk and run in Chicago at Diversey Harbor/Lincoln Park, featuring a 5K (3.1 miles) run and a 2-mile walk, both starting at 9:00 a.m. on June 5, 2027. The event raises funds for migraine and headache awareness, treatment and research.

Participants can connect with the local community, hear guest speakers and visit sponsor booths. Every finisher receives a medal, and the race is professionally timed. Funds raised support the Seymour Diamond Fellowship in headache medicine, local migraine research and related programs.
