Miles for Midwives is a 5K (3.1 miles) at Champoeg State Park in St. Paul, Oregon, starting at 10:00 a.m. on May 15, 2027. The race raises awareness of the important role midwives play in improving maternal and infant health, supporting the American College of Nurse-Midwives Oregon Affiliate and the Oregon Midwifery Council.
Participants are encouraged to bring new cloth or disposable diapers for a community drive benefiting local families. Early registrants get a discounted rate and a keepsake T-shirt.
