The Miles for Manufacturing 5k and 1 Mile Walk (M4M) in Chicago brings the manufacturing community together on September 15, 2027, with a 5K and a 1-mile (1.6 km) course, both starting at 7:00 a.m. The event promotes physical activity and supports STEM education (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

All proceeds go directly to STEM programs that help train tomorrow’s innovators and problem solvers. IMTS covers all production costs, so every dollar from sponsorships and registrations is invested in manufacturing education initiatives across the country.
