The LTA Foundation 1.975 Run is an annual 1.975 Walk/Run in Detroit, Michigan, supporting the Lambda Theta Alpha Foundation. The 2-mile (3.2 km) course starts at 7:00 a.m. on June 26, 2027.

Participants can register to take part in person or virtually, covering the distance by running, walking, cycling or even on a treadmill from anywhere. The race is untimed, making it a great fit for athletes of every level, whether they want to focus on their own effort or simply enjoy the experience. Drinks and snacks will be available along the way. Registrants have a chance to receive medals, T-shirts and exclusive giveaways, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All proceeds go to community causes in education and disaster relief.
