About
Hightail to Ale is a 5K (3.1-mile) run/walk in Detroit with the ultimate reward at the finish: an ice-cold beer. The race starts at 6:30 p.m. on May 8, 2027, and both starts and finishes at the well-known Atwater Brewery.
The fast, scenic course runs along the revitalized Detroit Riverfront, followed by a lively post-race celebration. Finishers receive a custom beer glass and a stylish medal, and the party carries on with food trucks, live music and, of course, plenty of beer.
