The LifeWise Belmont County 5K is a 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk at the Belmont County Fairgrounds in Saint Clairsville on August 7, 2027, supporting LifeWise programs in Belmont County, Ohio. The 5K run and walk start at 8:30 a.m., followed by a kids' color run at 10 a.m. LifeWise is a nonprofit that offers character education through Bible stories during school hours.

The event takes place on a scenic paved course in a family-friendly setting. Awards go to top finishers, and food will be available. Leashed dogs and strollers are welcome, with an emphasis on respect for all participants. A surprise gift goes to the first 50 registrants, and the Big Red Bus will be on site.
