Life Time 305 Half Marathon & 5K, presented by Baptist Health, is held in Miami Beach, Florida, on March 7, 2027. The half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 6:15 a.m. and the 5K at 6:30 a.m., both from Lummus Park on Ocean Drive. The waterfront route crosses Miami and Miami Beach and draws more than 4,000 runners.
